SquishPlush accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. Available shipping options and rates for your delivery address are shown at checkout before payment.

How orders are fulfilled

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Products may ship from China or other locations outside the United States. Fulfillment origins vary by item.

Order and delivery timing

Processing and delivery times vary by item, destination, and shipping route. Any delivery dates or ranges shown before purchase are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

If we cannot ship as expected, we will contact you with revised timing, or explain when a revised date is unavailable, and give you the option to cancel the affected unshipped items for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by applicable law before continuing with a delayed shipment.
