14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Email guboclips@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
